hudiburg chevrolet buick gmc poor service, will not stand behind their vehicles, want to do work not needed midwest city, Oklahoma

I have purchased several cars from this dealership over the years. I've always gotten great deals on vehicles my sales reps here are the best Ricky S and Sean B. I never had a problem until here recently and it's with the service department. 

We recently took my Impala in for an unusual wear on the front tires. All was checked they found a bad wheel bearing, we had it replaced. Then there own mechanic reported the directional tires were rotated to the wrong direction. Funny their the only ones ever touched the car. Now i got to buy 4 new tires cause of someone elses incompetence.

The service writer calls and tells me in addition to the above repair I need my battery and both cables replaced a $950.00 repair. Got my wife so scared she wouldn't drive the car for a week for fear of breaking down. Took the car to 2 ASE certified mechanics, funny all it needed was the terminals cleaned.

Spoke to the service manager about the issues above all he did was try to insult my intelligence.

My second vehicle a GMC Sierra still under warranty has a brake pulse issue. Had the vehicle in this dealership multiple times for repair spoke with the same service manager and was told your are own your own we've done all were gonna do. GM fells the same way.

You're supposed to have faith in the people and vehicle company you do business with not get screwed over and jacked around.

 Want a good deal on a car or truck buy here have it worked on someplace else.
