HUDSON AUTO TRADE MOHAMAD NASSAR the owner eat my deposite, trying to sell me crash car and when i found out they eat my $3000 deposit New Jersey

on june 17 2017 i went over there to buy a car , i found 2013 jeep nice looking car they asking for $12000 and then they asked for $3000 down payment and finance the rest. next day i came with the cash , they asuure me the car is fine no prioer accedint or anything bad, after i put $3000 cash down , they gave me bill of sale but i never got the car until they can finance the rest of the money, my friend asked me if i ran carfax on the car i said no the car it looks fine , he said run the car fax to find out if its anything wrong with it , i went back to the car dealer to help me to run the car fax they came up with whole bunchof excuses to not run it for me , i was setting over there and then i ran it on my phone it cost me $13 but its fine , i found out the car had 2 major accedints i show it to the owner ha said noo thats not true my report is not accurate. i asked him to show me the accurate one he came up with whole bunch of p.s excuses i asked him for my money he refused and said take me to the court ,,,
