Nothing but lies. I'd be really careful renting here! I lived here a little over a year. I wanted to move so, I gave a 60 day notice. Baylei acted like I was personally taking something from her, and made it clear she was taking my deposit no matter what I did. I talked to her boss and he acted like her bad attuitude was acceptable and lying is the way that property management company rolls.

I just blew it off returned the keys on Sept.1st on Sept. 20 a lawsuit was filed to evict me. I showed up and had this dropped. That's fraud! The View at North Peaks seriously just tried to commit fraud and use the courts to do this. Fraud is a criminal offense, last time I checked. As far as this slight miscommunication on their part and how everything was corrected it just not true. You can't sugarcoat fraud. They walked into a court and said I did not move after a 3 day demand was posted. How can a property manager not know the pocess of a eviction, that's a hugh part of the job?

That speaks volumns about that property management company and who they hire. Nothing was corrected except for the fact they had no choice but to back down from the eviction. What about my deposit now? If you really strive to offer the best customer service, then fix this now, return my deposit. I wonder how many people that have got an UNLAWFULL eviction because of these criminals? I'm glad I took pictures and video to protect myself.
