Hugh Shafritz of F.A. Management Solutions is a South Florida lawyer who has the looks and portfolio of a "scumbag lawyer" you would see played on TV. He brags on social media about how he lies to judges and uses unscrupulous methods to prey on poor people and those who he thinks he can intimidate. 

His firm F.A. Management is best known for all the shady court cases they attempt to win in Florida by lying to the judges and using illegal practices to access private records of his defendants. He makes false accusations about the defendants and even increases whatever debt they might own on his own accord. 

Hugh prides himself on winning cases he legally should not. He gets off on trying to scare and intimidate people into paying off debts they no longer legally required. 

He attempted this with me 4 years ago. He persuaded a judge to open a case from a creditor that was no longer in the statute of limitations. He got "creative" with his paperwork and got it past the clerk of the court and the judge. He also inflated what was originally owed in an arbitrary fashion and tried to convince the judge it was legal. Luckily, I hired a good attorney that was able to prove all this and get the case dismissed. Had I not Shady Hugh might have won.
