HughesNet Satalite Internet Service Download nightmares Germantown MD Nationwide

First off I've never had such an issue with Internet in all my life.. And I'm a computer person. Hughesnet has not only lied about pricing changes. They claim they have lighting fast connectivity as well. I sat in my chair and watched my updates to my gaming console start a download...and then reverse back to zero!....Someone out there tell me how that's possible. It did it concecutively for an hour and a half before I just shut it down. I can barely get 1mbps in download speed as well as. And how do they get away with a 10gb data limit. Isn't that illegal yet. It's costing me more then Comcast Internet and there data limits I never had issues with. you can't do anything except email and Internet browsing on this worst service in the world that needs to be sued and put out of business. Also they force you to give your credit card info. And only do mnthly payments that are automatically removed from the account.
