I ordered Hughsnet on 6/28/08 they could not install until 7/13/08. When it was put in I was given no information, not even phone numbers, nothing was ever sent. It worked for two days and then quit. I called and talked to an oversea customer service and they said it was not there fault, it was my new computer. The computer company said, it was HughsNet. I work on line so I had to get another sorce of internet. Called to stop service and was told that the 30 day free trial was from the order date and not the install date. So for 2 days of use I now owe $740, for something that does not work, and they will not take the dish back, why would they when it does not work. They just keep putting you off until your out of time, and then you have a very large planter to put flowers in.
