Hunter Douglas Inc. Warranty Scam, Internet

Purchased premium wood blinds in large part based on the Hunter Douglas "Limited Lifetime Warranty" only to find that after only three years, the slats and bottom rail warped significantly.  Contacted the seller-  www.victorianorman.com  --and was advised that the manufacturer would not repair the product.  Apparently, Hunter Douglas considers sunlight an "exposure to the elements" !  (This is a window covering!  Of course its exposed to sunlight!)  At any rate, we're now forced to complain to the BBB and consider legal action to enforce the terms of the warranty.  Obviosly, the warranty is worded in decidedly vague terms which will only serve to strengthen the claim against this manufacturer.
