Hunter Industries MILLER TRUCKING COMPANY Martin Vanberg does business under a lot of company names and he doesn't pay his bills Snohomish, Washington DC

I have done business with Marty Vanberg in the past and even though he would take months to pay his bills, we always got paid.  Last July he had us fix his trucks at his home and since has refused to pay. He had us bill under Denny's Dozing unbeknown to us that company's business license was expired. Then he had us bill Hunter Industries which his wife is listed  as owner even though they both own the company. While trying to collect from him he has told me that he had a heart-attack, he was going bankrupt and any other crazy story he could think of including that he didn't owe the money someone else did. 

The truck in question is in his possession and he uses  it for hauling as an independent  truck driver. While trying to serve him to go to small claims court I meet his neighbors and they have told me horrific stories of things he has done to them.  Also while further investigating I have learn that he owes dozens of people money and he is not to be trusted. Also in the past couple of weeks someone else that he took advantage of  got so mad at him that they punched him out!
 The process server made numerous attempts and Marty and Karli were both home and refused to come to the door.

I want to warn consumers because he is also a univera wholesaler and sells health products in some pyramid deal and since I have found that this is a man with no scruples who will hide behind his wife, change his company name numerous times and defraud people, I don't want any other people getting hurt.

I will continue to chase him for as long as it takes until I get his dishonest person in front of a judge.

Be warned when dealing with him!
