We contacted Hip Media Group (Lawrence F. Wright) to be the photographer for a corporate event of ours. Mr. Wright scheduled an appointment to see the location of where it event would take place. The first appointment he was a no show and later called and rescheduled (same week of event). The day prior we attempted to contact Mr. Wright and his cell phone was "not taking incoming calls" so we emailed him. He called back a couple of hours later and confirmed he would be here the next day an hour before the event.
The next day arrives and the time he stated he would be here, he was not. We thought maybe he was stuck in traffic and was giving him the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say, Mr. Wright never showed and has yet to call.
I would like to put the word out not to trust this gentleman and definitely do not schedule him for any event. He is a no show and as far as I'm concerned a complete fraud.

Totally inaccurate report of a good company

The day of the incident taking place for a fairly large medical staffing company in north Atlanta and I was the one that handles all of the scheduling for HMG, Inc. Mr. Wright and his assistant was on their way and got into an extremely bad accident. It was around xmas time and everyone was running around here in the office as well as out in the field to meet all of the needs of HMG's client list.
The company making the rip off report on Mr. L. F. Wright and his company HMG isn't telling the story all the way right. A phone call was made to them, explaining what had taken place and we never got a phone back saying was anyone hurt or anything. How can you rip anyone off when Mr. Wright, nor anyone else at Hip Media Group, Inc. never asked for a deposit, no down payment was made and Mr.Wright was laid up in the hospital for 3 days and another 3 weeks on crutches!!!
This is just a bad report on a good small company that had a bad, bad, holiday season. Next time before accusing someone of ripping you off when no money was exchanged, just call and ask why for the no-show.
HMG had a reason for the no show and this report is way off basis.
