Huntley Chevrolet SOLD ME A LEMON AND MADE OVER 20,000 OFF ME AND HERE I AM STILL STUCK WITH A CARE THAT I BOUGHT 6 MONTHS EARLIER WITH ONLY 54,000 MILES ON IT AND FINANCED FOR 6 YEAR BUT YET NOW HAVE TO PAY A MECHANIC SHOP OVER 4,000 TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE BECAUSE IT IS MY CREDIT RIGHT Huntley Illinois

To all customers who think they are getting a good deal at HUNTLEY CHEVROLET well your not. I purchased a 2005 GMC ENVOY November of 2007 with only 54,000 miles on it. Well May of 2008 the vehicle front end starts shaking. Took the vehicle back to them and their shitty Service Department says " Yes you have a full warranty called Mechanical Break Down Protection on the Truck. Well he goes back to talk to the OWNER MARK FAULBERG. The Service Manager comes back and says no sorry you didn't take a warranty on this vehicle. Come on people common scense any person who buys a used vehicle is going to take a warranty.

Well I argues with them and got no where. Called my girlfriend who use to work for them and told her what had happened. She said just like them. If they cannot fit the warranty in the amount they were approved for, then they just will not put it into the deal without telling the customer. They have done alot of SCAMMY s**t. They have the best CROOK working for them EDDIE ANZTEC. People remember the guy from VIKING DODGE that everyone talks about who he screwed over. Well yes he is at HUNTLEY CHEVROLET. He originaly was suppose to put the vehicle in my name. I had a credit score of 650 no bad negative activity on there but I was just starting my credit out. So the finance manager asked for me to get a co-signer which I did my mother. They had one of their sales people drive all the way out to her in Palos Hills to sign the paper work. When I came to sign my part Eddie tells me the Bank only put the truck in her name because she had long history of established credit. So did they not only screw my me over but they screwed her over too. I tried contacting a lawyer, better business bureau, all banks that they work with and still till this day I am getting no help.

They keep getting away with this because my girlfriend whom worked there said they recieved complaints after complaints. She use to set up appointments for customers to come in who had bad credit and these people drive from all over the city because they are being told "YOU ARE 100% APPROVED". I advise no one to purchase a car from these people all they care about is making 25-30 off of you. I DO NOT KNOW HOW HUNTLEY CHEVROLET IS STILL IN BUSINESS. STOP PURCHASING FROM THEM YOU ARE ONLY HELPING THEM RIPP OFF SOMEONE ELSE.
