Hurley Auctions legacy Realty group Deceptive, Misrepresents, and Sneaky Greencastle Pennsylvania

This company will attempt to sell your house at auction. I am not a realtor but an actual customer. When your house doesn't sell they switch you over to Legacy realty group and then attempt to sell the house traditionally. They take numerous days if not weeks to negotiate with other realtors. We even had one buyer that negotiated verbally and then when we were waiting on the contract we found out that the buyer didn't even have financing. They do not care about their clients and put their interest ahead of yours. Utlitmately becuase we used the Auction process first we had to pay $1500 for advertising which is a huge RipOFF. All they did was what a normal agent will do for free unless they sell your home. They do not work with other agents affectively which will cause you to lose potential buyers. Some of their agents will decieve you or not be forthcoming with important information. We had a contract put on our house and when I asked why the buyer didn't want an inspection I was told to my face in my living room by the agent that with cash buyers this is normal. So we ratified the contract only to find out that the buyer wanted an inspection. So to recap this company "Hurley Auctions" will attempt to auction your house, if it doesn't sell you are screwed because they basically do not care about the listing via conventional means. After our Auction didn't sell our home, it took them over 2 weeks to update the MLS that our house was for sale. Even after I spoke with the agent multimple times. Then the agent called my wife and was rude so we asked for a different agent only to find out later that the same agent was still working behind the scenes screwing up everything, taking way too long to respond to buyer agents. We do not recommend this company to anyone.
