I started an account with Hurley state bank over 10 years ago. I made all my payments and the initial amount never went down. We have tried to settle and make payments to numerous to count. The most recent goint through America debt. They have refused every means to settle this debt, in the mean time the amount increases even futher because of insterest rates. They have called now this morning demanding a garnishment. How do I stop this short of bankruptsy?
