Husam Darweesh represented the company IMPERIAL Oil TRADING LLC to be a refinery group, who owns their own refineries and Titles. They state that they have their own allocations, and are selling their own products from a group of Refineries that they own. In order to buy product from them, the buyers are asked to issue financial banking
instruments. We lodged a banking instrument with their bank to pay for the product we ordered and they never produce the product. We were informed that they are shopping our instrument around to pay for the product from the refinery.
This company is neither a refinery owner or allocation holder.
They are simply brokers. I could not find principles in Companies House, although in the U.S. it list Husam Darweesh and Marina Umpriani as the owners.
