Hushmail.com Hush Communications Canada Inc. Hushmail Deletes Paid Email Accounts with No Warning and No Explanation Vancouver BC, Canada

This is a complaint about Hushmail paid email accounts.

My account was just shut down by the company, because it said that I violated its terms of service.

 I called the company to ask them what I had done, because to my knowledge I had not spammed anyone, had not done anything illegal and had not been threatening to others.

 Hushmail told me that they would not tell me why they shut my account down.  They did not tell me what I had been accused of.

 Do you see the problem with this?  I paid Hushmail for 3 years to use their "private email service."  Someone obviously complained about me to Hushmail and the company just shut my account down.

 Avoid Hushmail, because the company can shut anyone's paid or free email account down with no warning and no explanation.  The account shutdown is permanent and you wind up losing all of your emails and contacts.
