HUSQVARNA MOWERS ARE A JOKE BEWARE OF BAD WELDS DUE TO POOR WELDS AND NO BELT GUARD MY FOOT WAS FRACTURED Nationwide

well i bought a brand new husqvarna riding mower with bagger

yth 2348  23hp 48 in cut i bought this mower from sears at the end of may 2013

here it is may 2014 and i was cutting my lawn for the 2nd time this year

my mower had just turned 1 yr old and now has 49 hours on the hour meter

as im mowing my lawn taking a left hand turn i heard this metallic noise

i looked down at the mower i noticed 3/4 of the mowing deck sticking out the passenger side of the mower so i stopped put the parking brake on and when i started to step off the mower deck flew off and whacked me in the side of my foot.

i did a chicken dance for a few and then shut the mower down,, only to find the welds holding the deck mounting brackets broke right off the deck,, after taking the deck off i noticed the welds were cold,, they didnt even penitrate the metal deck only the bracket,, i also noticed that there was no belt guard installed on this mower

still being in warrenty i called sears where i bought it ,, oh sorry we have nothing to do with this,,you have to call the manufacturer

i call husqvarna i explain what happend i now am in a cast for 6-8 weeks due to the belt coming off and whacking my foot ,, my foot is fractured.

i talked to a cust service rep who has a  lady named judy a seiner claims adjuster at galliger and basset  she goes on to tell me they need pics and doc report

so i email them to her and she goes on to tell me husqvarna will end up giving my money back for the mower and i need to sighn medical release form for them.

long story short they lie, they want to pay for the mower and have nothing to do with my medical bills created by this mower,, let me see faulty welds ,,no belt guard installed that is suppost to be so this wouldnt happen and your trying to bail out on my medical expenses caused by this mower with only 49 hrs on it..

BEWARE OF HUSQVARNA PRODUCTS AS THEY HAVE CHEAPEND AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST IVE EVER DELT WITH IN 47 YEARS
