I was using a Vodafone number and after using for about 6 months i stopped using hutch because of their customer services and low response time. when i asked them to disconnet the number they said please clear all your dues and then give the sim to our excutive who will be coming at your place to get the remaing dues and your number will be dis- connected. but after one month company sent me a telephone bill for which i havent used and i didnt even own a sim.
When called they said they dont know anything about the disconnection request. So if you are planning to buy a Vodafone/ hutch number please do consider that these guys doesnt knw how to service a customer and if have bought then do not trust their custmoer care executive. They are really stupid guys who are sitting over there doing nothing.
