Again, Medicare/Medicaid does NOT pay the entire bill. That leaves the patient (YOU) responsible for what is not covered. If you don't pay the hospital, they CAN use a 3rd party debt collector to get their money.

If you want to claim I don't have enough particulars to respond to your posts then you would have to blame yourself for not giving enough particulars. This is a public forum and anyone can post/respond on it. It's said that there's usually 3 sides to any story: your's; their's and the truth in the middle. You have given your side. I'm pointing out the truth and unfortunately it doesn't agree with your claims.

As far as your reference to Saul Alinsky tactics: one of his most famous is to call the people who disagree with you names. You continue to make claims that are not true. First, Medicade/Medicare does not pay for everything. Anything notcverd is the responsibility of the individual, in this instance YOU. You cntinue to try to disparage my character, a tactic used when someone can not refute the arguement against them. You state that you're only trying to inform people and yet don't want other (me) to be able to do the same thing in a public forum because my pinion is different that yours.

Lastly:  You claim that the bill presented to you was done illegally: what did the police say when you talk with them? What exactly has the Fraud Department of Kan Caid said when you talked to them?

I FIND THESE COMMENTS OF YOURS much as the same as those from the left saul alinksy type of personality,  this company has billed me after the ER bill has been paid, under kansas contract law this company CANNOT do a third party billing, that is NOT ALLOWED under state law but as well under federal Medicaid laws.

Personalities such as yours do not operate under laws or facts, you do not want to learn, all you strive to do is to put others down, I will NOT allow such a personality as yours to interfere in my daily life or what I am trying to accomplish here.  You asked what I am attempting here, well to INFORM those others whom have read this posting to also know that they are not alone.  I have talked to other fixed income persons here in Hutchinson an all have told me horror stories of their visits to the hutchinson clinic.  The hutch clinic has an illegal medical monoply located here.  All the doctors that rotate in the ER work for the clinic, the doctors themselves are not bad persons just the corporate scheme is illegal.

By the very language that you use you seem to be a internet troll.  The ENTIRE BILL OF MY ER VISIT OF 9-30-2010 WAS INDEED PAID BY MEDICAID so again you are so wrong. I contacted the Kansas Attorney Gen office of Medicaid fraud unit and the OIG for medicaid medicare fraud unit in St. Lousi Mo since Hutchinson Ks is in Region 7.

FYI: The doctor I saw in the ER works for the hutch clinic, (as you do also by your responses) and these doctors are on a rotation with the hospital. Dr. Mattar my heart doctor works for the hutchinson clinic and i cannot see him because i am barred banned prohibited to see any doctor at the hutchinson clinic.

So since you are so d**n pompous and ignorant of the actual facts or the ACTUAL LAWS concerning what i am trying to convey then I really would love to block you from even responding to this posting.

If you did serve 20 years in the military (thank you for the service) and chose not to visit VA you would be covered by TriStar.

Well here is a good update got off the phone with the kansas attorney generals office of medicaid fraud investigator and they tell me the same thing that the consumer protection attorneys told me that hutch clinic cannot bill me for a er visit  that is was covered by medicaid yupp

Since you admit you went to the ER, what exactly makes you think you're not responsible for the bill??? You signed a paper saying you would pay anything not covered by insurance.
