I'm very unhappy with the level of service recieved from this auto dealership.  I purchased a 2008 GMC Acadia from them and the tire pressure warning light was on constantly.  Also the block heater plug in cord was melted and unsafe to use.

I contacted the salesman about the issue and he sent me to a service garage for a diagnosis.  The diagnosis was all 4 tires were leaking on the bead.  They had also indicated these were a very low quality tire.  Tour Plus was the brand.  The car salesman disputed the diagnosis, even though he selected this service garage.  Two months went by of me e-mailing him to follow up on what happens next.  There was a continual lack of response and no action.

Finally I went down there to speak to a manger after many unreturned phone calls and e-mails.  I spoke with a manager named Justin.  He listened attently, apologized for the lack of action and ensured me he will discuss the matter and take care of it.  No phone call for a week.  I started phoning again and left 4 messages for Justin over the course of 3 weeks.  Not a single returned phone call.  Completley infuriating, unprofessional and unacceptable.  He obviosly just didn't care.

I finally went down to the dealership again and spoke with the head manager Barry.  He seemed to want to help and he set up another diagnosis with a diiferent auto service company as he claimed it was highly unlikey all 4 tires would leak on the bead.  The diagnosis came back identical to the first.  All 4 tires were leaking on the bead and another indication from them these were poor quality tires.

Well great, I figured we were finally getting somewhere, diagnosis were the same so the solution was obvious.  The service company left 3 messages with Barry on how to proceed.  No returned phone call.  I left 3 messages over the same 3 days and no returned phone call.  By this time I am pretty mad and so I go down to the dealership once again.

I said I wasn't leaving until this was sorted out.  They sold me a car with 4 faulty tires, period.  He wasn't overly sympathetic to the situation I have been dealing with now for 3 months.  He agreed to cover half the cost of 4 new tires.  I wasn't happy with that solution because the tires should have been 100% thier responsibilty.  By this time I just wanted to get it done and move on.  So I agreed to pay half, $450.00.  I made it quite clear I wanted a mid-quality tire and definatley no the same brand as the original.  He set up the appointment for the following week.

I show up to the appointment today and tires are not there.  I have been to three service appointments by this time and the tires are not there!!!

Luckly the service bay got throught Barry, shocking since he has never answered his phone before or returened a call.  Tires are on the way and they show up about an hour later.  Guess what, same d**n f-ing brand as the original.  I tried to call Barry and once again he is unavailable, his voicemail is full and even if it wasn't he wouldn't have returned my call anyways.  I tell them to go ahead and put the tires on because I am just sick of dealing with this.  I have now paid $450 for tires I don't want and should not have had to pay for in the first place.  If they were the tires I asked for I wouldn't be writing this report.  Just the last straw in a long string of crap from this place.

I am so frustrated with this guy, what an unbelivable level of service from this dealership.  All the way from salesman, to mid-management to top management.  This dealership just doesn't care about its customer.  Stay away.
