These guys are like leeches and will bleed your company dry! Chip Metz & Michael Duncan want your money! Buyer Beware! Don't give it to them! Deceptive Practices are standard for these guys. In my opinion and experiences these guys have milked some of my friends dry for everything they can.  They act like your best friend to get the sale, Chip Metz seems like a really great sales guy, he seems very convincing and promises to take care of you and your business, but at the end of the day, you run the risk of being milked dry by these guys if you let them do any work for you.  Michael Duncan probably sits in a dark room and tries to figure out how to take people for more money.  From personal experience I have seen these guy milk companies for Thousands of dollars $$$!  Don't let it happen to you!

I am writing this as a warning to other companies out there, if you are even considering doing business with these guys or any company they are affiliated with, PLEASE DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!   Don't just take my word for it.... Chip Metz & Michael Duncan have taken money from many companies and made people think they were doing them a favor.  They promise "Marketing" Services and computer services that may be of marginal benefit to your business.  They just want your money and they will screw over people to get it.   They may even be lovers together, although I hear Chip is a real ladies man and may even have fooled around on his wife with people I know.  Completely unprofessional.  I regret the day I ever met or heard of these guys.  I have known several other friends and business owners who have also seen these guys in action. 

At the end of the day I encourage anyone who asks about them to do their research before agreeing to spend a dime with them.   Hire a reputable company and take your business elsewhere if you don't want the risk of taking a chance.  These guys have already changed their company name and email addresses many times, and it makes me wonder who they are hiding from?   They don't even appear to be paying all their taxes, the IRS should be on the lookout, as well as the North Carolina Dept of Revenue.  Research them on the Secretary of State website and you won't even find them, they are missing or in hiding.  I don't know if they have properly gotten a business license, if so I have seen no proof of it, and I don't even think they registered their business in North Carolina even though they claim to be doing business there.  In Atlanta when I look online I don't even see any information that gives me any indication that they are a reputable company, even their websites keep changing and they look like a child did it.  They claim to be experts in computer technology and marketing but their websites have all kinds of errors. In any event, there are plenty of other companies out there who can provide better services than these guys.  Buyer Beware!!  Don't be fooled, but again this is just my opinion and I hope I can help at least one person out there who would have been taken by these guys.
