Hydraderma Product: Blissful face cream SCAM & THIEVES!! California

I signed up for the Free Trial of skin cream called "Blissful" which was supposedly the biggest deal made on Shark Tank.  I had to pay the $5.95 shipping fee for 1 container of this junk.  It does absolutely NOTHING for your skin and is a total scam.  Today as I was checking my bank account, I find a charge of $109.95 from this company so of course I call to let them know that I do not wish to have any more of the junk and I want the $109.95 refunded.  The CSR "Tracy" refused to do the refund but did cancel the "subscription".  I advised that I would have my attorney contact them, to no avail.  I then demanded to speak to her supervisor.  After 12 minutes on hold, someone else came on the line, her name was Bethany.  She began to explain the process to me, which supposedly says that the first product is a "trial" and you are automatically signed up to have the product shipped to you every 30 days.  I asked that she email me a copy of the statement saying that I agreed to this arrangement.  Of course, she could not do that but she could direct me to the "link"....whatever.  I am sure there was nothing that stated I would be billed for additional shipments or that I would even get additional shipments.  This is crazy.  She finally said that after I received the new bottle, I can return it for a reufnd, but of course I have to call them back first.  I SO wish there was some legal action I could take against this place.  This makes me furious!
