Hydroxatone - Bellezza Products high pressure sales frustrating ran in circles no action lied to about refund being issued april 20, 2008 Hoboken New Jersey

Not only have I been given the runaround concerning my refund from Hydroxatone, I initially cancelled my order within minutes after placing it due to the high pressure sales I had to endure. Cancelling the order did no good at all. I received the product within days. I immeditely placed a call to lHydroxatone to remind them I had already cancelled and now I have received the product I didn't even want and was being told I was responsible not only for the shipping to me but for the shipping back. I was told by the agent to take my return to the post office and they would tell me the procedure take. After deciding I wasnt investing anymore money in a product I didn't even want my bank account is charged $4.95 shipping and $49.95 for the product. So, I removed the hydroxatone from the box and put it in the envelope with all of my information enclosed, put (5) $.41 stamps on it and put it in a mailbox. On April 23, 2008 I spoke with Michael who informed me that my refund had been issued on April 20, 2008 and that it should show up on my next bank statement. I waited and it wasn't on my next statement so I called Hydroxatone and was informed there was a "charge back" and my bank rejected the refund. I in turn contacted my bank who has told me that it is out of their hands due to the time limit. I just want my money refunded. Hydroxatone has told me they no longer have my funds and it is out of their hands.
