I ordered this "trial offer" of a beauty product and they billed my account before I received the product. They billed it for the full price at that and it caused a serious reaction.  I ended up going to the emergency room for the problem. 

I called the company and was given a rma number to return the item (at my expense).  Plus, I informed them of my reaction to the product and was not even told they were sorry.  They said they would refund the money they had taken  (by mistake, ha).  I did receive the refund, but they continued to bill me and turned the "account" over to collections.

This company is the biggest ripoff I have ever seen and I have seen many of them.  They are rude and have no clue what customer service even means.  I was told that I had to pay 209.85 for a product that I am allergic to and had returned.  Again, I had to pay for the return postage.

I have had to call this company repeatedly and go their website to try and resolve this problem.  The one charge of 69.95 was refunded, but not the second charge.   I even had to close the account due to being told that company would debit it again since several customers had this happen to them.  The bank employee said this company was famous for debiting again for a different fee.
