Hydroxatone Charged my credit card after product was returned and after I had talked to a representative and told them NOT to charge my card. They also sent more than one jar of the product when all I ordered was Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania

This company offered a "free" sample of Hydroxatone, all I had to pay was shipping and handling which was $6.95. When I received the shipment, there were two containers of Hydroxatone and a "free" bottle of Toner. I only wanted the "free" sample, not all the extra crap. With this shipment was an invoice that stated they would charge my credit card automatically in two installments for $69.95.

I tried the product, I did not like it. I contacted customer service to return the product and they immediately offered me a discount and assured me if I used the product longer I would see results. The discount was for one installment of $89.90. I was assured that they would not charge the two payments of $69.95.

A few days after speaking to the rep., a charge of $69.95 showed upon my account. I immediately called Hydroxatone and after speaking to THREE different people, I finally got the $69.95 returned.

By that point I was so disgusted all I wanted to do was return the product. I informed them of my desire to return the product and that I did not want any further charges on my credit card. I was assured there would be no further charges incurred. I returned the product via USPS with a receipt informing me of when delivery was made.

On the day Hydroxatone received the product, they charged my account $89.90! I again immediately called them and was informed that they did receive the product and that they could only return my money in 3-5 business days.
