Hype Concepts LLC Beakr Studios LLC $828 unpaid labor over 30 days past due. Not paying employees for their time. Amherst, New Hampshire

I began working for Hype Concepts / Beakr Studios / Eric Vogel / Allie Minnie / Cybercoders on MLK Day (yes they hired me on MLK day)

I worked for 3 weeks, was paid for two. Final week was over 28 hours. They owe, and agree to owe $828. I was repeatedly told I "would be paid soon, we're late, it will be in 10-15 days." On Feburary 18th, 2013 I was promised by Eric Vogel via text message that I would be paid within 10-15 days. Then, they switching their game plan, and have not paid. The company is a one-man shop, who books jobs on Elance, and then uses Cybercoders to hire people. The staff at Beakr/Hype has no experience with the software jobs they are taking on. A client of theirs became unhappy and Hype Concepts decided to not pay an american citizen for their time. I worked 27.6 hours completely unpaid for these two institutions. They were paying on-time until they informed me on a Wednesday that their client was unhappy with our service. I was not paid for the 27.6 hours I worked from Monday-Wednesday. Monday was a particularly challenging day which I am owed $300 flat. I have all code, documentation of my work, signed paperwork etc detailing my duties on this project. I was ripped off completely, we are over 30 days past due. I am an American and was just ripped off for work.
