Responded to craigslist ad about Iphone 3 gs for $160, the guy Jason replied back with his HYperskrless logo in email I offered $130 e repied cash only then , he gave me his cell number thats listed on Hyperskyy wireless facebook site to meet him in rking lot net to bridgemens ice cream at mall drive in duluth, I meet him he was late getting there had to all him then he showed up 5 mins I didn't know his store was in the e strip mall,

I said $130 h I don't recall that I said you said $130 cash in email, he excepted $140 cash I drove home and trid using the phone and screen went blank, I emailed him and he said to  he's not responsible for it, I asked fo exchange or if he could fix it or knew any one that could nothing, I found a cell phone repair guy locally he looked into it and said the phone was shot, and that he dealt with Jasons phones before,He asked not to be Identified has Jason has threatened him before,

SoI emailed jason at hyperskyy telling him I was going to report him, he first threatened me said he "knows people" who will see that I'll brn that he knows where I live all kinds of thug like things, then he relized he messed up an offered to exchange the used broken now nonworking phone for a brand new in the box never opened I would just have to meet him again???, I have reported him to several agencies he as of today posted slander about me on his Hyperskyy wireless Facebook buisness site
