Hyundai of Valley Stream didnt perform work they charged for valley stream, New York

 I was brought into Hyundai of Valley  Stream  by an add that turned out to be misleading, but that is what they all do so I did not hold that against them when they had another  model with low miles that I was interested. I was able to negotiate a good price. But they did several unbelievable things that hit a new low.

1- They  delivered the car with absolutely no gas , as in I drove two miles and ran out on the Cross Island parkway.
The salesman Eric did come in 20 minutes with a gas tank of a gallon, but the car still wouldnt start as it was on an incline so i had to be pushed by  hiway emergency off the parkway within 30 minutes of spending 15 thousand on my car. Great start.

 But it gets worse.

They didnt send me the new registration for two months so i got a letter from  Dmv threatening suspension of my license because they didnt know where my plates were for  all that time.

They also were supposed to perform an inspection for 10 dollars for newer cars, and I only discovered they never did it when I got a ticket in Nyc 2 months later. So I had to retrun to the dealer where they  paid me back for the overcharge, the ticket and the  missing gasoline.

After this treatment, you would think they would be somewhat apologetic  because they messed up so badly, but they were very matter of fact in their demeaner, which must mean this is all in a days work for Hyundai of Valley  Stream, where the customer means very little. The salesman actually had the  nerve to ask me to send him customers. I wouldnt even send my enemies there.

Oh and they tried to charge me 250 dollaqrs for etching on a used car where the etching was done by the original owner. Enough said? Don't buy there.
