Hello just wanted to tell my story after reading others.well it all started in march of 2007 i wanted to trade in a car that i had for two plus years i went to lovely Hyundai on north main street. Every thing started out good they tookk my info and my credit score was good enough for me to get into a new car.(they pick a car out for me but i looked past that) so we test drove the car well i let the dealer drive becauce i didn't want to drive anything that wasn't mine i liked it or at least i thought. They informed me that it would be a lower down payment if i don't trade the car in and let them sell it. So i thought that that was good but then i keep asking who will pay my old car not when the car notes due they keep running pass the question.(by this time i had all ready taken the car home and i was calling to ask. They tool me to call a number which was auto trader they came took pictures of the car. So the next day i went up to the shop and asked again who will pay my note they finally said Me but they insured me that my car was much less then the asking price.(my pay off price was almost 9,500) So at that moment i told them i don't want the car this is the secound day they took me to the back to take to what i guess was a manager he tells me OH YOU WANT TO BRING OUR CAR BACK CAUSE YOU PUT THOSE BIG DENTS IN IT.which the dents was already there look like the covered it with white out). So i was sir those dents was already there he called me a lier so that next day i parked the car back on the lot. Two days later they towed it back to my house i was at work the told my sister that that the dealer ship said my repairs are finished.(what repairs) So when i got off work which was around 4 i took the car back up there looked both the key in the car and locked the doors Guess what the towed it back to me the same way. So i had my aunt to go up there cause i couldn't since i had to work she wanted to know who was the bank they got the loan from and the refused to tell her so she asked why they won't take there car back because i had no plans on paying on the car they told her they will destroy my credit. so one of the workers told her to have me call and she will tell me what bank finaced the car which was wells fargo so i called them and told them what happen they took my report and they told me that if they had known what was going they wouldn't have finaced the car. They said that they were going to put the car back in Hyundia's hands which didn't happen now i have a 12,00 car on my credit.
I contacted the better business burea and they said there wasn't anything they could do about it i even wrote ken i never belived it aired. The said part is i had this car for two day may have put less in 50 miles on it and now i have 12,00 car on my credit.

If anyony knows someone i can contact about this please let me know..

i did trade my car in at ford on Arlington where i should have went in the begining. I have a 2007 Ford 500 and love it..

Hi,
First of all let me thank you for warning me. My wife and I had been looking for a car at this place, and we were supposed to close on the deal today.

The people where shaddy from the begining and that should had been a sign, but I really wanted the car. I ran relate to a lot of what you have written and I am very glad that I just called and canceled the deal.

Have you thought about calling Jacksonville Legal Aid and let them fight the case for you? 356-8371

Brian
