I AM PR Agency, LLC Stole My Money Out of My Account Internet

I started working with the I AM PR Agency December 2014. I met Olivia in Washington, DC and after speaking with her decided that I wanted to work with her agency. I had to pay around $200 a month for the services. After a year, I could not afford the prices and we switched to $50 a month for some tweets. As of December 2015, I terminated my agreement with I AM PR Agency. It was extremely difficutl to get in touch with them. Frankly, I really don't know if they did half of what they said they would do. I cannot verify. However, a couple of weeks ago, my bank stated that I AM PR Agency had illegaly taken out $99 without my permission. I contacted them via email, text, Facebook, and twitter, to no avail. Not one response from them. I told them that if I had not heard from them, I would file a fraud claim with my bank, which I did. Luckily for me, the bank refunded me my money. Until now, I have not heard a word from them. and there has not really been any activity in their social media accounts. Please beware of this company. Make sure that you do your due dilligence. I would never work with them again.
