this outfit agreed to a term of payment in july 09. they continue to call and want the entire balance. under the fair credit reporting act governed by the ftc, if you request an itemized statement of the bill they have 30 days in which to comply and can not contact you within that 30 days. also if you tell them not to phone after certain time they can not do so. they have refuse to mail any letter out saying they do not mail letters just collect money. i am in possession of a statement from original creditor showing zero owed zero in collections. i have turned over to the ftc for investigation. we will see if the law really means anything.
