I D Theft/Last Chance Cash Advance denied Paydayloan Internet

I went to Last chance cash.com  for a payday loan and I filled out the necessay form that they asked me to fillin and when I completed this and then submitted it .I was denied  this and they said that I clicked on ID theft protection box and I know I did not but they still took out 33.83 and 17.38 out of Wife and I Banking account we tried numerous times to cancel all we get is we need your Social security and bank account this company is doing fraudulent practices and they are not open and honest and they are selling your Personal information to other companies without your authorization

When I filled out the Paydayloan forms it asked you give your social and banking account info why would they needed again if they had it on file already any company would need really is the phone number and call you when you filled these forms right?and When Our Bank tried calling them all they got is a Five minute recording praising testimonials on these services through Payday Resources Ctr We Have all this info at Our Bank and If Last Chance.com doesnt offer refund to Us We would like to proceed with a class action lawsuit we would be interested hearing from an attorney we cannot afford One but is willing to Splitt 33% on this Lawsuit this is not Right to all These peoplke whom is Losing money that was supossedly done in a way that says we .are not informed very good.

I did not intiate a phone call to these people they got this info from the denial form and they said I clicked on a box that said ID THEFT PROTECTION I know I did not do this.

Yes we all experiences some downfalls in Life all I was trying to do is get a short paydayloan that was all and now we got this instead and now its becoming a nightmare for The Wife and I please we need Help on This asap.
