I Deal Direct Interactive has many sites offering free gifts for participation. Mine was for a $500 Visa gift card. I was required to complete 2 silver 2 gold and 4 platinum offers. Which I did, a week later I was showing that I had only completed 3 of them. Well, they state you must wait 30 days before inquiring through customer services. After waiting the time and still only showing 3 completions, I emailed them. Their response was they do not manual credit any offers and that it was just too bad for me. I responded to this telling them their response was unacceptable to which they have not replied. This company needs to be shut down!, they make money from you completing this offers, but then don't pay up when it is there turn.
