For anyone ordering from the I Do Bouquets website in Roanoke Alabama,
I live in this area. I went into this establishment to order some balloons and flowers. Well first, the smell will knock you out the door. Second, you can see in the back work area where it seems she makes her flower arrangements. Flowers and trash everywhere. They just stepped on and over whatever was in the floor to help me. After just saying I'm just looking, I quickly decided this is not where I want to ever buy anything. So, if your ordering your flowers or bows from this shop. Please beware. Your items may have been stepped on, had food spilled on and definatly smoked around. As they were smoking when I walked in. If this is her business, I can only imagine what their home looks like.

I can not believe that you are claiming such non-sense about our store. We have been in business for 11 years, during this time, had any part of this report be true, we would not have any customers. Secondly, what business is going to buy merchandise and put it in the floor? No business would do such a thing, we are in the business to sell items, not buy them and throw them away. Ridiculous claim. Third, you have went on several websites making false reports about us, saying that you know us personally. I am assuming you are either jealous of our business and success or you have a serious mental issue. Anyone reading this complaint can hopefully understand how a business can not operate the way you are describing. Furthermore, if you have an issue with me personally, feel free to contact me instead of filing false reports online.
It really disgusts me how you can be so childish as to go this far with a false claim. I have worked very hard to be successful, raise my children and support them. Have you ever thought what consequence this could have on them as well? I have an idea as to who you are, as soon as it is confirmed, the lawsuit will continue as planned. If you think you can make reports to drive us out of business to prevent us from hiring a lawyer, it won't happen. Lawyers are hired on retainer, and they have already been paid in full. To anyone reading this claim, feel free to contact the local police department, they will back me up as to any claim that has been filed as being bogus.
