Long story short, I signed up for business coaching. After first class, I knew this is not what I was looking for so requested a refund as per Heather's policy on her website: http://www.heatherpicken.com/moneymiracle/, where it clearly mentions this:
If before the 2nd class you decide that the program is not for you then I will happily refund your money out of
my own pocket..ok?
I really stand behind what I will be teaching you and I believe in you so much!My promise to you that you will receive a breakthrough and finally learn how to change your beliefs around money and learn how to attract great clients.

It has been over a month and three requests made via email directly to Heather and she has not honored the request. Initially I felt I might sign up for her one-to-one coaching sessions but after see how she ignores you after she has been paid, I would not trust her.

Found out she does have an LLC but is still not refunding my money

After some research, it does appear that Heather Picken does have an LLC, but I cancelled the contract within 3 days, and she refuses to give my deposit back and is trying to collect the remainder, again for services which were never received for a program that doesn't even start for 1 1/2 months.
She stated to me in a recorded phone message that she would "let me out of the contract" but would not refund my $2,000, but I could apply that to another future course she is offering (which is no where near worth $2,000.) When I told her that I did not want to take her course (because I do not see value in it and at this point I want nothing to do with this high pressure sales bullying behavior) she decided to get a collections agency to harrass me.
Stay far, far away from her and her high pressure sales tactics and bullying. You will regret it.

Heather Picken is a fraud

Heather Picken is a fraud and not who she claims to be. She bullies and pressures people into signing
a contract for a company that does not even exist. She lists her company as I Feel Like a Million LLC, which in fact is not an LLC, and there is no public record of an LLC.
I signed up for a coaching course with her which was average, and most of the information I already knew. She tells her clients to schedule a "Breakthrough Session" phone call with her only to try to pressure you into spending a bunch of money with her for her "next level program." I unfortunately got talked into this by her and she took $2,000 from me. She then sent me a phony contract (which I did not know at the time was phony). I contacted her within 3 days stating that I did decided not to take her course(I should have followed my intuition that was telling me no, but I unfortunately trusted her and allowed her to talk me into something I don't need.) She is now refusing to give me my $2,000 deposit back and has sent me to a collections agency for $7,400 for services she never even performed. Again, she is commiting fraud and I want my $2,000 back.
Do not do business with her. She misrepresents herself and her company and is just after your money. She should really be ashamed of herself.

Hi *******,
I writing to you because you placed a complaint on my business that I feel was a result of a miscommunication. I can understand why you might be upset that your refund request wasn't processed immediately. However, after our first initial live phone call I felt that you just need some coaching and that's why I emailed you on November 28th to give you some additional help/coaching and other options to see if this was the best next step to stay in the program which when we were talking you indicated would be a good idea.
However, I never heard back from this email regarding your final decision on the refund request on November 28th. Since we did not hear back from you we initiated the refund on December 20th as part of our standard operating procedure.
The complaint stated that I ignored you and I am trying to understand why you felt this way since I had emailed you on the 28th and there wasn't any communication after that.
Wishing you the best in the New Year and much success!
Believe in Yourself!
Heather Picken
