I need a Clean Ineedaclean.com Scam; Rip Off; Fake Company; Credit Card Fraud; Not real; Internet

On July 17,2015 I called I need a Clean service because they appeard to nhave some reasonable prices, professional website and also listed on Living Social. After calling them, and giving them my Credit Card info, purchasing a package, I recieved a confirmation email with a reciept and order number. The information they had listed on the recpeit has several mispelled words and phone numbers. I called them immediately but nonone answered. The next day I received a call back from a lady named Marybell, and she corrected the info.

They were scheduled to show up at my house on July 22,2015 between 10am & 4pm, but noone showed up or called me. I called and emailed them all day, no answeres until 6pm that evening. Marybell apologized and said they would reschedule for the next day at 4pm. Noone showed up again or called. I called and asked to speak with a manager and a guy name Diego said the Manager was busy and would call me back. Once again, no call back. After about 20 attempts of me calling, Diego answered again and I asked to speak with manager, he hung up in my face.

Lastly, Diego called back from a blocked number and cursed me out, and threatened to send the Mexican Cartell to my residence if I called again. At that point, I was convinnced this company is a SCAM. They got my address, name and Credit Card number. Immediately, I contacted the police and filed a report. While the Police Officer was in my presence, he called them and they answered, once he introduced who he was, they hung up in his face. When I checked my bank account, they withdrew funds and also put some type of re-occuring payment code on the account.

Please do not waste your time booking with this company. You will risk getting all the funds from your bank acount withdrawn.
