I Need Motivation Untruthful! Unbusiness like actions! Internet

I ordered 2 motivational CD's from this company on the 29th of July, 2017. after wating the allotted time and not receiving a package; I called and spoke with a person by the name of Eric. This person claimed that he was a manager and would take care of my problem. I wated a few more days and still didn't receive any package. I emailed the company and received a response that stated I had not included the correct address when placing my order. After again giving the address that I had originally sent in the order, and wating another 2 week, I still didn't receive a package. Several phone calls were attempted before ERIC finally answered. When asked about the order, he stated that he would send it out and I should recieve it soon. This was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received a package.
