I-Payment & I-Funds Holding %100 of my funds without my knowledge and no respond to my calls and messages NAshville, Tennessee California

I had a phone call to my business oneday and offered me cash advance against to my future visa/mc transactions. By the time I was expanding my business and agreed on the rates and hold backs on my daily transactions of visa and mc. After 3 months they started to hold back %100 of my cc transactions on a reserve account. I did not realize till the bank called me and asked me to make deposit to cover my checks. I did and realized that the money should be enough to cover but instead of credits to my account I've seen debits for the transactions.. Basically daily fees of the transactions instead of monthly fee. Also they suppose to deduct the v/mc fees and their hold back and deposit the rest of the money to my account daily. But they hold my funds on a %100 hold back for 3 weeks and lover the hold back to %70 after than on.. I called I-payment and they told me it is I-funds doing this to me.. We tried several times 3 way calls but no respond.. left several messages and no respond.. so i decided to get in a different processing company to get my business going.. I could not effort any more hold backs and any more time ..So i said let them call me and ask me what is going on.. Finally after 4 days of no transactions some lady calls and asks my employees if we use different machine for cc or how we doing the processing of teh cc? which is also against the fair business.. they should deal with the owner not unauthorized employee. no right to ask/question my employee. privacy act..
Anyway I called the number they left and no one again left messages and still waiting.. Since i read alot about I-Payment it is very scary and not helpful to a small business like us. But I am intouch with the legal people and still insearch for more grounds.. I have enough grounds but i read more here and will look in to those and see if it might applies to my situation... Also I will testify and help anyone that dealt with these people and got trapped by them. I-payment and I-Funds has the same logos and same adresses.. seems like they are sister or same inc. But i will get in to that too. So i would appriciate anyone that has any knowledge, bad experience, or anything to do with these companies..
