I Payment Inc. quad City Bancard Inc ripoff cause bankrutcpy deflmation of name Chatsworth California

This company witheld deposits,without notifing us,until we recived overdraft notice from our bank. By witholding our deposits our bank closed our account. Most of our bussiness was done by credit cards. Double fees were taken when we would recive our deposits. They would take money for chargebacks that the customer never done. ask for them to show us where customer signed papers for the amount of money, gave us nothing. This caused us lots of fees returned checks and fees for them,not only looking bad for us personal an company wise with our vendors. Also told me once they would keep our money indefinte,an felt sorry for me if that was all the money I had,yes it was because they had not made our deposits yet.They act like they have the right to take an keep whatever they want.
What about all the charges they caused me and problems . It is not fair.
