On Sunday, 2-24-19, we were at a home remodeling show at the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma City. We were approached by a vendor, David Levi, who claimed on his card to be one of two owners of I Touch Relief. I Touch is a rechargeable electronic nerve stimulator, intended for pain relief and accu-pressure treatments for a myriad of health issues. We had a demonstration and made a purchase of three units, (one of whch was "free") for a total of $435.00.

That evening, we did some research and learned that ESN technology is a legitamate health care item. We also learned there are many other such products readily available for far less money. These other companies also produce much better reviewed and rated products. There is VERY LITTLE info available at itouchrelief.com, but one thing I did learn is anyone can become a "dealer", which smells of multi-level marketing, which could explain the inflated price for an inferior product.

On Monday, 2-25-19, I attempted to contact David Levi, who, again, claims to be the owner. He does not return calls, but did respond finally to several texts. He said he would have to check with his "boss" about a refund because they don't normally do that. I reminded him of the FTC required cooling off period for any purchase over $25.00 made at a location other than the vendor's normal place of business, such as a convention center, but he didn't seem to care. He did ask if the items were opened, and I assured him they were not, and I would pay shipping to return them.

I sent a certified demand letter to the I Touch Relief headquarters in Plano, Texas. After two separate failed attempts to deliver it, the letter was returned to me by the postal service. They explained there was no such company at that business center, and none of the other companies k new anything about such a tenant.

The number provided as a corporate number, 707-843-0514, was out of service. 707 is a northern California area code.

Ultimately, I received a text message for Levi stating his "boss" had denied my refund request, despite the FTC rule.

In closing, I Touch Relief is over priced and inferior to other available devices. Several competitors are sold through Amazon. Further, the company's practices are deceptive, decietful and dishonest. They should be avoided!
