After 6 months we asked for our unsold autographs and film memorabilia to be returned to us. However, when we finally received them, we were taken back with the amount of damage - chipped and badly marked frames, broken glass, missing glass and a couple of movie costumes that were so badly ripped they are irreparable.
To date, we haven't received an explanation as to how our items got so badly damaged and no offer of compensation.
So we find, that behind the name Richard Davie of International Autograph Auctions lies a world of misery and wished we had never looked upon him.
Final words to Richard Davie:
"For those who are blinded by greed your time will come and justice will walk-over those you have walked upon"
We have since reported IAA Ltd Richard Davie to Trading Standards.

I have been dealing with Richard Davie and IAA for many years. During that time I have spent thousands of pounds with with and his company. In all that time I have had no reason what so ever to complain. He has always been helpful, and available. The letters and autographs I have picked up have always been of the highest standard and as described. I have also sold many items through the company. Most of them have sold and the very few that didn't were always returned in good condition. I have never found Richard to be anything but fare dealing in all matters. Not sure what has happened in this case but I am sure there is more to it than has been written here. To anyone wanting to buy or sell their items YOU WILL NOT GET BETTER than IAA and can deal with them knowing your item will be safe and Richard's best efforts used to sell your item for the best price possible.
