I.A.A. Publications; International Award Advisors Carol Wright Guaranteed me a large cash award if I sent them $20 huntington station, New York

I received a letter from IAA on February 16, 2009.  It was entitled Award Account Notification.  It stress the $2,500,000.00 and the payment dates are coming due very soon.  (February 26, 2010)  "We Must Receive your Response before tha Date- Do Not Miss out."  It continued to say that once they received my paperwork, the $250,000.00 is 100% guaranteed to be paid by independent sponsors, per rules and regulations on obverse.  Only on the paperwork they want back did it note that $20 processing and report fee was required in either check, cash or money order.

If it is too good to be true do much research.  Ten to one it is too good to be true and is a scam.
