IAB Health Insurance ripoff, lied about what they covered Dallas Texas

I signed up for IAB and didn't use it until a couple of months after I signed up. I went to the doctor and payed a co-pay of $35.00 and thought that was all I had to pay.

Then I got a bill from the doctors wanting the full price. I called IAB and they told me that they only give more or less 10-30% off so they paid $6.00 of a bill that was over a $100. I cancelled my membership right away and am requesting a full refund for my monthly payments.

They girl who signed me up spoke broken english and told me that everything would be covered except my co-pay and that she was pregnant and using it for herself which was important to me because my husband and I where planning on more children. Now we don't have any insurance or coverage for us or our kids and out of pocket the money we spent so far on IAB coverage.
