The program promises to provide medical financing and a financing departments among other promised departments . No such department exist .They only put you on hold and a keep transferring your call to someone else .No one seems to know anything about the financing department or the medical service coordination department.

No one who works there seems to know anything they just kept putting me hold to go find out an answer to my question .Then they finally transfer you to another department to answer your question .I waited a frustrating (after being put on hold several times)15 -20 minutes on hold for them to answer ,and then the person who finally answers doesn't know anything and they don't even know the department even exist (which is suppose to be their department!!!) I experienced this constant pattern several times not just once!

I contacted my Fleet Credit Card company with which I made the bogus purchase to complain and Fleet called IAB and we had a 3 way conversation,they put us on hold to go answer another question the service representative and I waited on the phone for them to return and about 2 minutes latter the phone line from IAB went dead. So Jim Donohan the Fleet representative got to see some of their deceptive practices for himself. When you finally trap these people at IAB and they run out of lies they resort to so called technical failures!

Next I called IAB to talk to their Medical Services Department and the whole scam started over again with the endless round of being put on hold and being sent to departments that don't even know they exist!


I never got my signup fee back or any money. If people who have been ripped by IAB/PEOPLES HEALTH PLAN start filing complaints against Visa, MasterCard etc.. with the BBB or just call the credit card services like Visa etc.. enough complaining we may be able to get their credit card services cut off which would seriously impair this scam organization's ability to function.

I want to thank you for taking the time to read this. If you are a comsumer looking to purchase a health plan, than a good comsumer does alot of research first. Please do more investigating than reading one report.

Let me start by saying that if you look at the two reports written here, they were both written within a 10 minute period of each other. Not only that, but one was written by a person named John and the other by a Joan. Coincidence??? No!! And I will tell you why. They are from two different states, and we do not have a record of a Joan or a John in our data base that live in either if these two states. This was malicously written. We do not tell anyone we are a medical finance company. We are a membership plan that saves people money on their medical bills. This person that wrote this should be ashamed. Our company has helped thousands of uninsurable people with medical bills and prescription medications.

Feel free to call our company at 1-866-866-5558 and we will be glad to have a qualified agent explain how this plan can help you. We also verify every person we enroll and record this process. Every member is told and recorded that they have a thirty day window to cancel and get a refund of the first months membership fees. The enrollment fee is clearly stated Non-refundable. This is available to the member, at anytime.

Please, do your research and you will see we have many happy members. As a Nationwide membership plan we cannot make everyone happy, but we do our best and pride ourselves on our Customer service and long term relationships with our members.
