On Dec 20th, 2014 I placed the following order:

| Grand Total | £97.14 | ||
Two days later my credit card was billed and $152.36 usd removed from my bank account.
... and for the last 9 months they have been leading me on!
I have sent them half a dozen email checking on my unreceived order status... to which they reply with apologizes due to a backlog of order... and the offer to refund my order if I so wished.
I pressed on in hopes they would eventually fill my order.
However, about on month ago I ran across a post online that shared similar stories of other individules dealing with this same complaint. http://thesilicongraybeard.blogspot.com/2014/08/anybody-else-ripped-off-by-iain.html
I then decided to email them again and take them up on their refund offer. I have heard NOTHING from them since. I'll keep emailing them... my I really have no expectations that I'll ever hear a thing.
