The following attached photos SHOW Michael G. Harbut's 3 emails sent to me FOLLOWING the creation of this dispute & the original email from him in November with sponsorship packages. I NEVER received ANY of the requested proof of my sponsorship that would've given him the right to keep the $2000 I sent to him that Sunday morning in November of 201. He knows he couldn't fulfill his end of the LAST SECOND DEAL he conjured up~ saying that I was going to be the staircase sponsorship. TOTALLY TOOK ADVANTAGE of my kindness towards him. #smf

You'll also notice in the following emails what I was supposed to get for my return on investment: %payout, staircase logo, etc. BUT nothing was ever shown to me to prove that I really was the sponsor. Nor did I ever receive a single penny from the supposed #payout esp. cuz it was the winner of the boxing match @ Madison Square Garden that I was fooled into thinking I'd make my ROI really fast, but this guy ALWAYS promised he'd do something BUT instead ALWAYS flipped the script w/o any sign/signal on various occasions (I.e. missing out phone calls that he scheduled w/ us, changing address of where to send drinks from LA to NY at the last second w/o accepting my idea of receiving it in person, etc.)

I didnt pay him $2000 for crosspromoting,  but rather.. to purchase Vemma/Verve & distribute thru his network BUT he failed miserably & went as far as to ask me to wait til 2/2013 for ROI

In an effort to disguise his sneaky tactics, he created tens of thousands of 'fake followers' on my Twitter acct & that of my friend&biz partner who's now blocked me on both Twitter&Facebook cuz of Michael's shady schemes & business tactics. He also recently deleted my Twitter profile twice because I posted his Twitter acct as saying that I don’t associate with him anymore. He went even further by changing my PW& email linked to my Twitter acct for 18+ days! Please get my money back from this crook ASAP thanQ! (y)
