 This fraud uses Keirtsu Form, where he is introduced as a "big fish" to con trusting small business and start out of their money.  With promise of funding, cheap loans and placement on exhcanges, this thief is working his craft all of the West Coast.  Beware:  all his promises are lies.  All those he says he knows, he doesn't.  He does not represent any of the trusts he claims to.  He's just a sleazy, though very personable, fraud.  His cohorts Masha Karubian and Carol Gunn are accomplises.

 This guy is bad news,  He will tell you everythign you want to hear, take whatever money he can from you to start the new copany, get the wires going, prime the pump, whatever.  When he has you money, he's only business with you is to get more.  There are people who have lost $100Ks.

 Shame on Keiretsu Forum for continuing to hold this guy up as a bona fide investor - years after they knew he was a fraud.
