ian blaylock eccles road manchester painters and contractors are a scam.   he is a member of manchester masons and calls himself on facebook MYSTIC KNIGHT 9 and is a con artist!   He should be investigated by the police for his many scams where he leaves half work done and  then runs away.   Fraud painting company run by a man who is delusional and has been reported by many so why is he still in business?

If you check into the blaylock family history they are known worldwide for their scams.   His own daughter if you google sharon heeley scam comes up she tries to take advantage of disabled children and is a stalker.  Other names she goes by is sharon blaylock, sharon heeley, shaz blaylock, sharon heeley cooper google her and it links you to other blaylock family members some who are horriffic   if we had have known this mans background we would never have let him inside our front door
