a flashy postcard with promises of big returns and no postage refunds.  they trick you with thier "free service" if you just pay postage.  but what they dont tell you is that no one wants thier crappy reports.  the reports are intrusive and the people that receive the mail are angry.  they complained to my boss, my company and when i asked for a refund I was told they cannot refund postage.  but I didnt ask for the united parcel service to issue a refund. I asked I appraisal to issue the refund.  first of all, as of 2016 they took my payment and didnt tell me it would take months upon months to send.  six months later they finally went out and the angry homowners began calling me to complain
