IBC BANK IN CEDAR PARK, Texas Charged over draft fees and could not explain why. Then told me they had two different set of accounting one for the client and the other for the bank which I could not see. Cedar Park, Texas

On May 31,2011 at 11:30 am I walked into IBC bank at 301
West Whitestone boulevard in Cedar Park, Texas to  make a deposit. 
After the deposit I asked for a print out of the balance and the monthly record for the month of May.  I noticed on the print out we were 307 in the negative and a number of overdraft charges.. There were overdraft charges for items with no explanation.  I ask the bank employees and they could not explain, then they called the manager Angel. and she said she would be by in 20 minutes.   
 I returned and talked to Angel, Angel explained there were two different statements and balances.  She then explained there was an accounting and balance that the bank had that I could not see.  The one I had was so confusing that the
employees could not understand or explain it, I told her if the employees cant understand how can the customer.  
, I asked if I could talk with her manager and Angel said no. 
  I gave her my contact info and told her to call me.  The statement that the customer gets is not a true picture of the account.   I asked why the statement the bank gave me on May 31 was different than what the bank manager has.   No explanation could be given of why we were charged so many over draft fees..     Even the employees present said that IBC owed me money.
Today is June 8 and I still havent received a call.
