iBillboards Company We Put Your Website ON TOP Of Search Engines A New BUsiness With Horrible Customer Service and No Call Backs to Client after They Get Your Money Internet, Iowa

I Spoke With A Guy Named Robert/Bob that found my website online. I thought the service that they ibillboardco.com offered was very unique. I signed up for three keywords that Robert/Bob Stated that i could get three keyword for 995.00 they sent fedex/ups to my house to pick up the check to overnite the check. I receivied a mysterious email stating that robert/bob wanted to speak with me. I called and he tried to act like it was a mistake with the amount of money order robert/bob told me over the phone with my wife  and brother listening he stated that i could get these keywords for the year for 995.00. He said that it has been a long week and he dont know how it was possible to tell me that the program was 1000.00 cheaper than it shouldve cost. I called day in and day out no return call. After days turned into weeks Robert/Bob called back and stated that he was working on the issue and was trying to get it resolved. The offer that they offered me was to get one keyword for 995 or pay the extra amount to get the other keywords that was promised to me in the contract. This never happened. Ive called and emailed customer service for two weeks and nothing in return. They went live with the advertising without consulting with me a final resolution of this matter!!

Meanwhile, ibillboardco.com claims to place you on top of search engines from google, bing, yahoo, youtube, etc and I have 72 active clients and no one seems to see this banner or ad on any of these search engines on thier computers. On ibillboardco.com there is a upgrade browser fuction that suppose to upgrade your browser in order to see your Ad. My Question Is How Do A Person Thats Looking For A Service When They Need A Service Know To Upgrade Thier Browser If Thier Browser Is Working Properly?? They Dont. So To Any Advertisers That Understand Having Your Website Found OnlineYour Website WOULD NOT BE FOUND BECAUSE CUSTOMERS GET ON LINE AND LOOK FOR THE SERVICE OR PRODUCT THEY NEED NOT UPGRADING A BROWSER TO LOOK FOR THAT PARTICULAR PRODUCT Or Service. I WASTED MY MONEY DONT WASTE YOURS DO YOUR ADVERTISING WITH A CREDIBLE COMPANY LIKE GOOGLE, ETC I emailed the company for the 25th time no answer back and remember it has been weeks since i spoke with anyone. The line for customer service, operator, and sales are never availabe. Note: Once you speak with a Rep You Will Always Get That Rep Because Your Calls Are fowarded to Thier desk so that might be why  I get no answer or email back. If i dont hear from them this week im going to post all the unanswered emails attempts Saturday april 28,2012
