 I ordered a gymset for grandchildren.  Initially, it appeared they were prompt.  The photos of what I supposedly ordered were great. They confirmed the order within an hour and gave me an amount that was supposedly charged to my card of 98.83 on 9/8/18. Imagine my surprise when I went to my card statement and it was actually 121.84 even though they claimed "free shipping".

Within a few days, I logged in to view tracking and supposedly it had been picked up by a carrier.  Then for a time, I could not login to view tracking.  I wrote them several times requesting help and all I got was gibberish telling me to login to the website with my user name and password.  I explained several times that I had done that and NO tracking information was available. I was never provided a tracking number as I was promised. Finally after several attempts they said tech support would check it.  When I was finally able to login in and view tracking  - mid to late November - it said customs tax inspection on 11/6/18 but no location was given.  Who knows what country?  I sure don't.  I wrote several times requested updated information and all I received was more ridiculous nothing such as "Thank you for contacting us. It is  my pleasure to contact with you. May I know what's reason that you want to did that for us?"  This was the response when I gave them an ultimatum 7 days to receive the product or receive accurate tracking information from them.

As of 12/7/18, I have not received the product, have not received any further tracking information, and have not received my refund.

On this date I finally escalated it through my credit card company.

Don't order anything from these people!  The website promises great service and products and appears great.  In their company information, you would think they are a good company.  They have a easy to manipulate website and you think  you are ordering a quality product.  I can't actually speak about the product because it has never appeared.  I can tell you they have the worst customer service in history and have to be a total ripoff because they can't employ a decent interpreter even though they are supposedly doing business internationally.
